Sometimes life presents us with difficulties that can leave our world upside down. We can end up feeling anxious, depressed, angry, frustrated… Sometimes we just experience a lack of meaning and can’t connect with the life force that makes us feel alive.
My practice is Core Process Psychotherapy, a mindfulness based approach that slowly helps you to get in touch with your body. By exploring your body sensations you will learn to process feelings in your body instead of going in circles in your head.
Practicalities
– I offer an initial 30 minutes free session which is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide if we want to work together. This can be in person or online.
– My fee is £45 for an hour session.
